This extremely sharp foldable grafting knife is used for grafting plants, but is also handy for everyday use. The grafting knife has an attached tongue, also known as bark remover. During budding, a T-cut is usually made in the bark.  This cut is opened with a special tongue on the knife, and an eye of the desired type is inserted.
